Our Story

Not just a store —
part of the block.

Maiko's sits right on East Main Street, where neighbors stop by for morning coffee and fresh rolls, and where families pick up what they need without making two trips. We're a bakery first — that's where the smell starts — but we also stock the groceries that make weeknight dinners easier.

We don't do mass production. Our breads come out of the oven in batches, our shelves get topped up daily, and we know the difference between what's good and what's just convenient. If it's on our counter, it's because we'd serve it to our own table.
